Rooted in Gestalt Philosophy and the work of Julia Cameron “The Artist’s Way” these workshops are designed to encourage you to reflect on: who you are, daily experiences, how you are in relation to others, memories of past experience, fixed patterns of relating, how you make meaning in your life, who you want to become and develop more creative ways of thinking and living.

Taking inspiration from my love of and commitment to Gestalt philosophy, drawing on our inner creativity and taking inspiration from the natural world and it’s seasonal cycles. These experiential workshops will make use of awareness techniques, creative expression, mindfulness, guided imagery, the outdoors/ natural world, and seasonal ritual to allow us to enter a different space, reflect on our blocks and what holds us back and gain deeper insights.

If we could surrender to Earth’s intelligence, we would rise up rooted, like trees. (Rainer Maria Rilke)
